Comics have crept into the school curriculum. Education experts and comic artists agree that its about time. Senior students in Victorian schools will now have the option of studying ‘Maus’, the first graphic novel to win a Pulitzer prize. One expert in education says that allowing students to study a comic is welcome in an age where most communication contains much more than just words on a page.
