Tropical Cyclone Marcia is making it’s way down the Queensland coast, now thankfully downgraded to a class 3. However, the storm may be part of a new trend of low-frequency, high-intensity cyclones set to wrack Australian coasts. Jack Lawrie spoke to Johnathan Nott, Professor of Geoscience at James Cook University, about how the storm relates to national climate change.
