A new report released by the Aid organisation Oxfam the Australian Government needs to invest $1.8 billion more in helping poorer countries adapt to climate change over the next decade. The report says rich countries – including the USA, Japan, Germany, the UK and Canada – need to raise a total of $60 billion dollars to deal with the rising costs of climate change in developing countries.
