The unrest across North Africa and the Middle East has left leaders around the world nervous and worrying who will be next. In China, the crackdown has been harsh – and it’s not only activists who are in the firing line. Lawyers, bloggers, and even artists are being arrested as Beijing tries to suppress any chance of an Egyptian-style revolt. But as Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard tours the country, will the handling of dissidents be on her agenda for discussion?
