Do you leave the radio on to keep your pet company? What station do they listen to when you’re not home? You might think your pet likes the same music as you. But psychological research has found that animals are indifferent to, or even dislike, almost all human music. A psychologist at the University of Wisconsin has spent years researching the origins of music in mammals, and has even helped compose music for animals.
