Catastrophic flooding causes state of emergency in Vietnam

This year central Vietnam provinces have experienced the worst flooding in decades, causing more than 100 deaths, mass displacement and huge losses of crops and livestocks.

The International Federation of the Red Cross and other support agencies are working with government to help the population as more storms are brewing on the horizon.
