Canoe voyage targets climate change

Pacific Island leaders ended their 6,000 nautical mile journey via a fleet of canoes in Sydney, sending a message about the impact of climate change. They will join delegates at the World Parks Congress, held every 10 years by the International Union for Conservation of Nature, where they hope to push climate change to forefront of the agenda. Kiribati President Anote Tong says his people are already suffering from rising sea levels and their climate change action is focused on survival.
