Cambodia’s surrogacy ban leaves expecting parents uncertain

Cambodia is now amongst a number of countries that have banned commercial surrogacy.

Most recently their government announced current expecting parents will have to legally adopt their children before they can leave the country.

Experts are calling for Australia to legalise commercial surrogacy where it can be effectively regulated.
