As regional Australians continue to struggle with accessing quality healthcare, experts are urging providers to meet the rising demands for telehealth mental health services.

Approximately 28% of Australia’s population live and work in geographically remote locations, with the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare reporting higher rates of hospitalisation, death, and injury as well as poorer access and use of health care services.
