The streets in Melbourne were blocked off by protesters in another rally against the Federal Budget. Treasurer Joe Hockey spoke at the Sydney Institute, still defending the cuts a month after it was first released. Mr Hockey has called Australia a welfare state. But opposition leader Bill Shorten said the budget is hurting those who can least afford it. Will the continued discontent over this budget damage the Coalition in the long-term?
