A new exhibition in Brisbane is showcasing the historical connection between French and Aboriginal art. International Development for Australian Indigenous Art (IDAIA) is hosting the exhibition at the Alliance Francaise de Brisbane until the 5th of December.

The Brisbane Exhibition “Gestuelles” – the art of transmission by Aboriginal desert  women is on now.“Gestuelles” celebrates France’s role in the global development and recognition of Australian Indigenous art.
