It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month and everyone is encouraged to get involved and support the cause. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, a month dedicated to support those suffering breast cancer, one of the most lethal diseases in women if it’s not detected early.Karen Allen is an ambassador for the National Breast Cancer Foundation in Queensland and a cancer survivor. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001 when she was 33 years old. She knew she needed treatment as soon as possible.
