The murder of one of Brazil’s indigenous activist leaders, Jorginho Guajajara, is just the latest death of a member from one of the Amazon’s many tribes. They face a fatal battle against illegal logging mafias who are tearing down the homes of isolated tribes, many of which wish to remain isolated, while causing serious environmental destruction.
