When the NDIS was introduced in 2013, it was the biggest change to our health system since Medicare. It was heralded as being about choice and control, but in 2015 there are worries some people are falling through the cracks. Brave New World looks at the key challenges facing the people and organisations, who are learning, and sometimes failing, to navigate this new system.
