The climate change talks in Bonn in Germany wind up today. They’re meant to be an opportunity for important climate deals to be done in the leadup to the next global climate meeting in CanCun in mexico later this year. Unfortunately as in Kyoto the talks have been bogged down by the dispute between developing and developed countries about who’s to blame and who should pay to try to get the world’s climate back on track. Climate watcher , author and former diplomat Tony Kevin says that the developing countries ended by taking quite a militant attitude.
