“Blud in the Ground: Respect the Dead, Respect the Living” is a new exhibition at the Melbourne Museum’s Bunjilaka Gallery and Aboriginal Centre that aims to create awareness about repatriation. The event opened last Friday, with a ceremony to mark the return of ancestral remains from various Australian collections and it will run through until November 1. Gary Murray from the Dja Dja Warrung and Caroline Martin of the Bunjilala Gallery talk about the exhibition.
