Dolly Talbott has had her case against federal environment minister Sussan Ley dismissed in court this morning after a five-year legal battle.

A Federal justice agreed with the ministers decision that the mine’s potential economic and social benefits outweighed the sites’ heritage value.

The site will be destroyed to become part of an open cut mine.
