Australia’s national depression initiative has turned its back on one of our most vulnerable groups. That’s according to advocate Rob Mitchell, who accuses Beyond Blue of being “colourblind” to pink, that is gay, issues. He points to a lack of funding for initiatives that address the problem, and says that regional gay youth are at the greatest risk of depression and self harm.
