Bats making Batemans Bay unbearable for residents

Over a hundred thousand Grey-headed Flying-foxes are overcrowding the coastal New South Wales town of Batemans Bay.
They established themselves in the area in about 2013, and have been increasing in large numbers in recent months.
Now, residents have had enough, and the Eurobodalla Shire Council and the Batemans Bay Flying Fox Taskforce as well as other community members are planning to spread the bats humanely to a new area.
