Lawyers representing the Bakhtiyari children have abandoned their latest bid before the federal court to free the children from community detention. CentreCare Director, Dale West, explains that the prospect of success in the court was slim and the children are in need of some stability. They are currently living in a family home, with their mother, in suburban Adelaide.
