The most useful advice for survivors of a suicide attempt may come from those who’ve been there before. That’s the idea behind a new resource designed to give hope to people in Aboriginal communities who’ve attempted to take their own life.

Beyond Blue has teamed up with Aboriginal and other health organisations to compile messages of hope from individuals and communities that have recovered from a suicide attempt. The booklet aims to provide practical, down to earth advice from people who’ve been through it all before.
