Australia has been pushing for Pacific nations to start negotiations on a trade agreement at the Pacific Islands Forum this week, but questions are being raised over the fairness and legality of the proposal. To investigate Australia’s push for the agreement called “PACER Plus”, we spoke to Adam Wolfenden from the Australian Fair Trade and Investment Network, and Jane Kelsey, professor of law at the University of Auckland.
