Australia’s largest online bookstore goes under administration

One of Australia’s largest online book retailers, Booktopia, has just gone into voluntary administration as of this month.

With an estimated 60 million dollars in debt, there are concerns that outstanding orders won’t be fulfilled and refunds won’t be issued.

The Wire’s contributor from Tune FM, Ash Taylor, speaks with Professor Michael Adams from University of New England Law school about the consumer rights and the difference between practice and theory.
