This week, global leaders are meeting in Dubai for the COP28 Climate Summit to discuss how to reduce emissions and adapt to a changing climate. 

 While the world tries to stave off the worst of climate change, many Australians are already feeling the effects. 

The low-lying islands of the Torres Strait, off the most northern tip of Queensland, are already being impacted by rising sea levels.
