According to a report from the University of Sydney Business School and company EnergX, Australians face an energy crisis to perform their daily activities. One of the main causes of this lack of energy is sleep deprivation. Not only affects the health and wellbeing of Australians, but it also affects the economy.
Usually, Australians sleep less than the recommended hours, between 7 and 9 hours a day, and it may lead to serious illnesses. But it’s not too late to start changing habits to feel energetic.
