Australian charities receive over 1300 complaints in two years

Over the past two years, the Australian Charities and Non-for-Profit Commission received over 1300 complaints, almost twelve a week on average. Some of these complaints related to financial mismanagement, inappropriate use of resources and even cases of outright fraud. Jack Lawrie spoke with the commissioner Susan Pascoe to talk about the reasons behind these complaints, and what is being done to address them.
