Four Australian cities have been ranked in the top ten in The Economist Intelligence Unit’s 2013 Global Liveability Report. Melbourne took the top spot for the third year in a row, with Adelaide coming in 5th, Sydney 7th and Perth 9th. The report considers factors including stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education and infrastructure to rank 140 cities around the globe, so what sets Australia apart?
