Two Sydney radio hosts have been forced to apologise after successfully impersonating the Queen and Prince Charles and getting information about the Duchess of Cambridge’s health from hospital staff. The stunt has outraged Britain and the two have been accused of ‘crossing the line’. If that line lies between entertainment and journalism, then this is proof again that journalism can’t really claim to be a profession, says media law expert and Professor of Law Rick Sarre.
