Australian researchers have made a breakthrough discovery that may see the end of food allergies, starting with peanuts. Professor MiMi Tang leads the research team who over the last few years have been looking to crack the problem. Allergies have risen over 350 % over the last 20 years with one in 20 Australian children suffering from them. Dr Tang says the research has the potential to be used on other common food allergies, not just peanuts.
