The end of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Council of Australia will have particular significance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people dealing with drug and alcohol dependence. Two well-known workers in the health sector shared their thoughts about the significance of the council as a united and trusted source of information and support on drug and alcohol issues, and why it will not be easily replaced.
