Airlines push for single pilot operation, but Australians concerned

While airlines are currently required to have two or more pilots per flight, commercial airlines are trying to push for single pilot flights in order to cut costs.

A poll conducted by the Australian and International Pilots Association shows 89 per cent of Australians would feel less safe boarding a flight with one pilot controlling instead of two or more.
