The Institute of Postcolonial Studies (IPCS) is an independent organisation located in Melbourne, committed to advancing the recognition of cultural difference, and encouraging mutual engagement and reconciliation.

Members and friends of the institute are campaigning to save and transform it into an Institute taking up antiracist and anticolonial work in the Australian colony and transnationally.

But the Institute’s board has removed its membership sign-up form, creating further barriers in community participation. The campaign also wants a more diverse Board.
