Activists say James Price Point gas project dead after ‘historic’ decision

The company behind the proposal for a gas hub at WA’s James Price Point says that it will proceed with an offshore processing facility instead. Environmentalists say that the decision is the final nail in the coffin of a plan that would have created a marine ‘dead zone’ on the pristine Kimberley coast.
