Access to education for Australians with disabilities still a challenge

Last week, the Disability Royal Commission released a report about the NDIS and the challenges Australians with disabilities face when accessing the system.

But there are men and women with disabilities who are achieving great outcomes despite the challenges of accessing education.

Jesse Daniel, Bachelor of Pharmacy student at Charles Sturt University and Gundungurra man, says his journey to tertiary education wasn’t easy, after being diagnosed with autism as a young child.
