People with Disabilities is the National Peak Body for Australians living with a disability. They’ve stepped in to run a campaign on behalf of Aboriginal people who have been left to languish in prisons despite not being convicted of any crime. Many suffer from Foetal Alcohol Syndrome, and have been arrested after committing minor offences, but are unable to enter a plea due to mental impairment.
