The New South Wales Government has announced it will include Aboriginal Languages in the HSC. The new course will allow students to continue studying Aboriginal Languages into Years 11 and 12. It is hoped the move will strengthen Indigenous culture in the state, and allow young Aboriginal people to maintain a stronger sense of identity.
