A new book claims that South Australia has a justice system so sick that the guilty can go free and the innocent end up in prison. Lawyer and academic Bob Moles released his book “A State of Injustice” today and he expects it to make waves across Australia as he accuses the state legal system of allowing shonky forensic evidence and not following the rules that ensure everyone gets a fair deal from the law.
