Is it better for children when their parents have a shared custody arrangement? The Non Custodial Parents Party wants more flexibility for parents to negotiate shared custody arrangements, as well as better defined rights for parents and an overhaul of the Family Court system. But some child experts say that there is room for improvement in the Family Court system, but shared custody is not necessarily better for children.
