A report by the Human Rights commission has today highlighted the plight of  30,000 refugees struggling to survive in Australia. Delays in processing and changes in policy since they arrived before 2013 have left them with out work rights, visas and medical support, forcing them to depend on charities for support, and increasingly leading to severe mental health issues.  The report has over 30 recommendations to government on how to deal with what is an escalating crisis.
