Earlier this week, on The Wire, we heard from Dr Wendell Rosevear speaking about the barriers to safe sex in prisons. Dr Rosevear is participating in this weekend’s 2020 Summit, in the ” Strengthening communities, supporting families and social inclusion” stream. John Frame spoke to Dr Rosevear about what he would like to achieve at the Summit. While he will cover many areas, drugs policy is a major issue of concern.
