Sophie joined The Wire in December 2015, after volunteering at Radio Adelaide as a Breakfast producer since mid-2014. She is an avid follower of international news and current events, aims to become bilingual, and is especially interested in environment reporting and overseas cultures.
Sophie believes the best aspect of radio is humanising large-scale issues with the rich stories and unique ideas of everyday people, in whatever country or place. Her goal: to do this every day she spends at The Wire.
