Throughout the week, World Refugee Week was celebrated in Australia, creating awareness of asylum seekers around the world. Many groups have hosted discussion panels, artistic features, among others. But on Saturday 22 June, it will come to an end.
Refugee Week has hosted more than 200 events across Australia and it continues to change the perspective of the community towards asylum seekers.
