Sexual harassment is an issue many people continue to face in Australia.
A recent report released by the Australian Human Right Commission shows further changes need to be made to current legislation to help prevent these incidents from continuing to occur.
The Diversity Council Australia also agrees with the report and provides their own recommendations on what companies and the Australian Government can do to help decrease the number of sexual harassment victims in the workforce.
