At the COP 21 climate talks in Paris 195 countries are debating issues like fossil fuel use and transitioning to renewable energy.But there’s an elephant in the room that nobody is talking about – population growth. By 2050, the global population is estimated to tip 9.6 billion people, each one consuming energy products emitting carbon dioxide and eating food which also contributes to greenhouse gas increases. So why isn’t population growth on the agenda in Paris?
