The World-Wide Ebola death toll has passed 4000, will likely pass 20,000 before things get better, and countries around the world are finally pledging assistance. On top of hundreds of millions of dollars, equipment and manpower from Cuba, China, the United States and others will soon find its way to West Africa. But what does it look like on the Ebola Front line, as helicopters, hospitals and thousands of personnel roll in to town?
