Aboriginal students in a remote outback Queensland school are gaining more self-esteem, self-confidence and a stronger sense of wellbeing from being taught according to the Powerhouse education method.

Dr Ragnar Purje developed the Powerhouse approach from his Responsibility Theory, a systematic self-talk sequence learning method of teaching that helps students boost their powers of active learning.
