Victoria is the first state or territory in Australia to take steps towards Treaty.
Members of the First Nations Assembly of Victoria met with the Victorian Aboriginal Affairs Minister, Gabrielle Williams, on Monday to establish protocols for respectful negotiations towards Treaty, with a targeted completion date of 2022.
