The Labor party has elected to go for Federal Intervention to sort out the Victorian Branch-Stacking Affair. All ALP members will have their membership checked. This follows hot on the heels of the third Ministerial resignation today, that of Marlene Kairouz, regarded as the deputy to Adem Somyurek in the powerbroker’s organisation.
Further fallout could occur as concern now mounts on the looming by-election for the erstwhile bell-weather seat of Eden Monaro.
