Chinese company, Shanghai Zenith, have faced backlash in the form of rallies from the Yakka Munga community in the Kimberly for their action of land clearing.

The entrance to the Yakka Munga station, south of Derby, has been blockaded by the Local Nyikina people who have shared their rights to the area.

They hope to  prevent contractors from entering by issuing revolt against the mammoth company.

The action is spurred on by anger involving the unjust minimal consultation in concern of the vast land clearing operation.
