World leaders are converging at Brisbane for the G20 summit and on the agenda are reforms to the international tax system. Leaked reports showed big corporations are paying little or no tax, and governments are losing billions of dollars. Experts say what is needed is a global tax agreement that would then filter down to apply to domestic tax arrangements.
